James Yorkston releases his Spanish Ants EP on Monday the 22nd of April 2013. The EP features Spanish Ants, from James’ much praised I Was A Cat From A Book album + remixes of the song by fellow Fence Collective luminaries Seamus Fogarty and The Pictish Trail, who will be joining James for a round of dates in March and April.

I Was A Cat From A Book is an album full of energy and great musicianship, and contains James' strongest and most bewildering set of songs yet.

‘A record that will draw you in and keep you close– Mojo

‘A remarkable record – Yorkston’s best yet– The Skinny

‘As always with this gem of a musician, all human life is here’ - Q
